We were all relived to have Mother stay at Woodhall. A transfer to hospital at any point in her illness would have been quite torturous to Mother, & the ability to control her own room temperature was a luxury that Mother definitely appreciated. I also thought it was very kind of you to allow me to stay at Woodhall for her last two nights. It made the difficult time much more comfortable for both of us.

In 2016 our family had to make a choice on where our mother would live. She chose Woodhall Park Retirement Village and not once have any of us ever regretted the decision. This is mom’s forever home. As her dementia progresses and she needs more help and reminders, the staff smile and assist. I had mom out recently for a minor surgical procedure. I brought her home around 8pm and the nurse came to the door, reached for mom’s arm and rubbed it while I gave her an update. They then walked to mom’s room chatting away. I have never felt such peace knowing she is safe, she is happy and she is loved. I’d give Woodhall a thousand stars if I could.

You went beyond the services of a Retirement Home. I want the Members of The Woodhall Board to know how well Aunt …. was cared for at all times by the Woodhall staff. We certainly appreciated your kindness and the outstanding care she received.
